What is the requirements to sit for NAATI CCL test?
To be eligible for the NAATI Credentialed Community Language (CCL) test, applicants should meet the following criteria:
Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age.
Visa Requirements: Candidates need to have a valid visa (immigration status) for the duration of the testing. Visa subclasses of candidates could include 189, 190, 489, etc. A valid visa means having a minimum of 6 months validity left.
Educational qualifications: Candidates must have completed at least 12 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification in the community language they will be tested in.
Language environment: Candidates will need to prove that they have lived in an environment for at least two (2) of the last five (5) years, where the community language is used on a daily basis.
How do I register for the online class?
If the course package you get has one-on-one classes pre-included, you will need to let us know a week prior to your preparations regarding the time allotment and availability of the teacher. After that, we will book the class and inform you accordingly.
Do I need online coaching?
It entirely depends on your confidence level. However, if we see records from the past, candidates who have taken these classes seemed more confident and scored well on the NAATI CCL test. This has been possible only because of our experienced tutors’ approach and guidance.
Is there cancellation facility available, what is the cancellation policy?
Our course packages are currently delivered to you via internet download only. Due to this, the process of cancellation or refund gets complicated.
However, If you change your mind about your purchase and haven’t downloaded any classes from the course, we will happily issue a refund upon your request. Also, the cancellation request should be sent within a week from the date of your course purchase.
Process:
After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. We typically process orders within one hour, but sometimes it can take as long as twenty-four hours to complete. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Furthermore, downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you can successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads, we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

How to book the test?
Click here to find the available test dates and application form to book the NAATI CCL test. Moreover, a passport-size photograph and proper identity proof are required to register for the test. You’ll need the same document at the time of the actual test. If you fail to show the ID proof, the examiner will revoke you from the examination.
Can we change the test date, if yes what is the procedure?
Yes, you can change the test date but only before 21 days of your selected test date. Test sessions are closed 21 days before they are held. This means you cannot reschedule a test session within this time.
If the issue still persists and you need to withdraw your application, you will have to pay a cancellation fee, which will apply regardless of any reason, including illness.
If you withdraw your application and want to sit a CLA test in the future you will need to reapply by submitting an application online. You can find all about the cancellations and refund policy on the terms and conditions of NAATI’s official website.

No, you won’t have to pay for the time extension to access your course materials. You just need to provide us with your NAATI CCL registration proof and we will extend the availability of the course materials for you.
Where can I take the NAATI CCL test?
Previously, to take the NAATI CCL test, you needed to be physically present in Australia. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic, the tests are conducted online, and you can take the exam from anywhere around the world.
