Here are our frequently asked questions by our clients. We have made sure to answer as many questions as possible.

WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENTS TO SIT FOR NAATI CCL TEST?

To sit for the NAATI CCL test, you must meet the following requirements:

– Be at least 18 years of age.

– Have a minimum of 6 months visa; candidates under visa subclasses 189,
190, and 489

– Have completed at least 12 years or equivalent education in the community language.

– Have lived in an environment where the community language is spoken for at least two of the last five years.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR ONLINE CLASS?

Please let us know a week in advance of your preparations regarding the time allocation and teacher availability if the course package you get includes one-on-one courses. We will then schedule the lesson and notify you as appropriate.

DO I NEED ONLINE COACHING?

Your degree of confidence will determine everything. Records from the past, however, show that candidates who took these classes appeared more self-assured and performed well on the NAATI CCL exam. Only the approach and direction of our knowledgeable educators have made this feasible.

IS THERE CANCELLATION FACILITY AVAILABLE, WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our course packages are currently delivered to you via internet download only. Due to this, the process of cancellation or refund gets complicated.

However, If you change your mind about your purchase and haven’t downloaded any classes from the course, we will happily issue a refund upon your request. Also, the cancellation request should be sent within a week from the date of your course purchase.

Process:

After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. We typically process orders within one hour, but sometimes it can take as long as twenty-four hours to complete. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Furthermore, downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you can successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads, we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

HOW TO BOOK THE TEST?

This entirely depends on the type of package you choose.

WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENTS TO SIT FOR NAATI CCL TEST?

Click here to find the available test dates and application form to book the NAATI CCL test. Moreover, a passport-size photograph and proper identity proof are required to register for the test. You’ll need the same document at the time of the actual test. If you fail to show the ID proof, the examiner will revoke you from the examination.

CAN WE CHANGE THE TEST DATE, IF YES WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

Yes, you can change the test date, but only up to 21 days before your selected test date. Test sessions are closed 21 days before their scheduled date. This means you cannot reschedule a test session within this time. If the issue still persists and you need to withdraw your application, you will have to pay a cancellation fee, which will apply regardless of any reason, including illness. If you withdraw your application and want to sit a CLA test in the future you will need to reapply by submitting an application online. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via Visa, Master card, American Express, or credit cards.

HOW TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS?

After selecting the course plan that best suits your needs and clicking the “Enroll Now” button, a payment page requesting your card information appears.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME TO ACCESS THE COARSE MATERIALS, WILL I NEED TO PAY FOR TIME EXTENSION TO ACCESS MY READING MATERIALS?

No payment will be required for the extension of time to view your course materials. We will prolong the course materials’ availability for you if you only give us documentation of your NAATI CCL registration.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TRIAL EXPIRES?

You can log in, select the plan of your choice and buy the package/plan appropriate for you.

IS THERE ANY OTHER DISCOUNTS, LIKE STUDENTS DISCOUNTS, ETC
