Refund and Cancellation
At Nepali NAATI CCL, we care for our students, and we want to provide quality preparation courses and resources. Please review the Refund and Cancellation Policy here so that you understand our process prior to enrolling in or purchasing any of our services.
1. Course Enrolment & Payments
All payments made in regard to online or in person NAATI CCL courses are considered final once enrolment is confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
There are no refunds once the course materials, login, or class links have been issued. If you, unfortunately, paid for something incorrectly or purchased the wrong course, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of payment for an assessment. In extremely rare circumstances (such as double payment), a refund may be issued after report, verified conditions have been met, and all the fees attributable to the refund have been charged back. Refunds could not be assessed once access to study materials or content or access to classes are granted.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If you would like to cancel your enrollment before providing you access to a course, please submit a request via email to “info@nepalinaaticcl.com.au“.
- Once we provide you with access to materials, or mock tests; or access to live sessions, we can no longer accept a cancellation request.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if needed. In this case, you will be offered alternate dates or comparable credits towards a course.
4. Digital Products and Mock Tests
As digital products (including study materials, practice tests, recordings, etc.) are available instantly upon purchase, there will be no refunds or cancellations after you have downloaded or accessed them.
